Our mission is to support entrepreneurs in their international expansion by providing valuable insights, strategies, and tools.
By subscribing to, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an entity (e.g., a company or organization), you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that entity and represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.
Important Note: If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. By using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy.
For most of our services, such as workshops, webinars, and online courses, an account is required. An account allows you to access premium content, register for events, communicate with others in the community, and track your progress.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payments for our Services are required in advance.
Pricing and Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services you select, as displayed on our website or communicated during checkout. Fees may be subject to change, and you will be notified of any price increases before they take effect.
Some of our services are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by you. To cancel, you must contact us at support@becominginternational.com at least 5 days before the next billing cycle or use the cancellation option in your account settings.
Trial Periods: If your subscription includes a trial period, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, you will be automatically billed for the full subscription.
Online Courses and Digital Content: Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided no services have been delivered (e.g., no course content accessed). After services are rendered, no refunds will be issued.
Live Events: Cancellations are allowed up to 30 days before the event. After that, cancellations will not be accepted, but you may transfer your ticket to another participant.
No Refunds after Service Delivery: Once a service has been rendered or a live event has occurred, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in the product-specific terms.
Prices displayed do not include taxes, such as VAT or sales tax, unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes that may be assessed based on your location.
All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to training materials, videos, text, templates, and digital tools, is owned by Becoming International or its licensors. You may access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No Redistribution: You may not redistribute, republish, or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our express permission.
By accessing our Services, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content for your personal or internal business purposes.
Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions about our Services, you grant Becoming International a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback into our services.

While we strive to provide the best possible service, Becoming International shall not be liable for:
Indirect Damages: Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Performance: We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that all content will be accurate or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Becoming International’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel your account or subscription at any time by following the instructions in your account settings or by contacting support@becominginternational.com. You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, especially if:
You violate these Terms.
You engage in activities that could harm our brand or other users.
We believe you are engaging in fraudulent activity.
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting support@becominginternational.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue within 60 days of your submission.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, you agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration under the rules of the Estonian Arbitration Association. The venue for arbitration will be Tallinn, Estonia.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and if the changes are significant, we will notify you via email or through your account.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
